Why is Scrub Lab soooooo good?
We are the first company in Australia to put as much care into your scrubs as you do with your patients. We are redefining the standard of medical scrubs in Australia. Our scrubs are made out of our signature SLTECH™ fabric that features four-way stretch, anti-wrinkle, ultra soft and moisture-wicking properties and top it off we've used Silverdur™ antimicrobial technology to minimise odour causing bacteria and increase the longevity and durability of your scrubs (sooo good right?)
What do you mean by CORE styles and colours?
Wellllll... it's like that one nurse that you always go to on your shift to ask them for help, the reliable nurse that is always there. Our Core scrubs are available 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day - you get the picture. And they even come in multiple lengths (winning!).
So you can count on them, like 1, 2, 3 and they'll be there!
Okay... so what's Limited Edition styles and colours?
It's like that IV pole, that's snatched up ASAP as soon as someone rolls through the door with DKA, and then you spend the next half an hour trying to find one (HELP). Our Limited Edition Colours are made in smaller quantities and sell out REAL QUICK.
So what's the moral of the story? You snooze, you'll lose.
What size am I?
We know it could be hard to find the right size, trust us we've tried it with TED stockings. But the one thing we did learn from it was... use the size guide. So without further ado: Check it out here
Our size guide is unique to Scrub Lab, and our measurements are in cm (centimetres). It may also vary from universal standards.
If you're between sizes, we recommend to stick to your bust/chest size for tops and hip size for pants.
RETURN
What's your return and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted on eligible items which must be in new, unworn conditions with all tags attached and your request must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.
Scrub Lab reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
Return cost will be at the customer's expense.
Please note - we do not accept return or exchanges on custom embroidery.

How do I lodge my request?
We've made it as easy as possible for you! Just click on the link below and enter your order number (without the #) and email address.

ORDER
Can I amend my order after I have placed it?
If you have made an error with your order, please email us with your order number at hello@scrub-lab.com. This may include changing items in your order, adding or removing items or amending your shipping address.
Amendments can only be made if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. As our team is actively processing orders as they come in, we are unable to guarantee that the changes can be made.
During our sale periods, there is an increased volume of orders. As a result, we are unable to amend orders during these periods.
Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. Our system processes orders quickly to ensure fast shipping, and once an order is confirmed, it moves into our fulfillment process right away. We recommend double-checking your order details before completing your purchase. If you have any issues with your order after it’s been shipped, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team (hello@scrub-lab.com), and we’ll do our best to assist you.
