In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, and the parcel is returned back to us due to incorrect address, any return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.
In the case that you would like to cancel the order, please let us know and we will deduct the return to sender fee from the refund amount.

All Australian Post parcels are signature on delivery with authority to leave. This means you're welcome to sign for your parcel at delivery.
All standard parcels are sent through an authority to leave (ATL) service. If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, Scrub Lab is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, Scrub Lab will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, TAXES AND DUTIES
Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped to international countries outside of Australia. Scrub Lab is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers. This may happen time to time and can occur in peak volume periods. However, these are the best delivery estimations available.
We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Taxes and duties are calculated per your shipping country.
UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched to the United Kingdom.

If you purchase a pre-order item along with other item/s, your order will not be shipped out. Your order will be held in dispatch until your pre-order item arrives. If you would like your items to be shipped out separately from your pre-order item, you will need to make two seperate purchases.
