Scrub Lab is not liable for delayed items and will not provide postage refund for items that do not arrive on time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, TAXES AND DUTIES

Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped to international countries outside of Australia. Scrub Lab is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers. This may happen time to time and can occur in peak volume periods. However, these are the best delivery estimations available.

We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Taxes and duties are calculated per your shipping country.

UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched to the United Kingdom.

In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, and the parcel is returned back to us, any return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY CONDITIONS

We endeavour to get your parcel out as soon as possible, please allow for up 24-48 hours for dispatch from our warehouse. Please allow up to 10 business days during peak trade period of a new range release, promotions and sale. Embroidery orders will still be dispatched within 14 business days.

All Australian Post parcels are signature on delivery with authority to leave. This means you're welcome to sign for your parcel at delivery.

All standard parcels are sent through an authority to leave (ATL) service. If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, Scrub Lab is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, Scrub Lab will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.

Scrub Lab holds no liability if an incorrect postal address has been provided by the customer.

RETURN TO SENDER PARCELS

In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, and the parcel is returned back to us due to incorrect address, any return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.

In the case that you would like to cancel the order, please let us know and we will deduct the return to sender fee from the refund amount.

SALE PERIOD DELAYS

Please note that during sale periods, high order volumes may result in shipping delays. While we work hard to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, it may take a little longer than usual for your items to arrive. Orders can take up to 10 business days to be dispatched from our warehouse.

During sale periods, we may offer Priority Processing. This ensures that your order is picked out and shipped first. This will be a seperate cost from the shipping costs - customers are still required to pay for postage atop this fee (excluding orders that exceed our Free Shipping threshold).
