Poor return policy and disappointing customer service. I emailed several times to ask about possible solutions, but my questions were never addressed directly. I explained that I had accidentally ordered two pairs of pants in the same size and asked if I could return or exchange one of them since it would be of no use to me without a matching pair. Unfortunately, ScrubLab does not allow returns or exchanges on sale items, as stated in their policy. While I understand that businesses have policies, I was hoping for some flexibility given that it was an honest mistake. I hope they consider improving their return and exchange policy and provide more personalized responses to customer inquiries in the future.
